We want Tince’s information and booking tools to be easy to use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a certification that every page or feature meets every criterion.
What we’re working on
Our approach includes readable text, keyboard-friendly controls, visible focus states, labeled forms, useful image descriptions, and layouts that work on small screens. Color examples also have written names; you don’t have to identify a swatch by sight alone.
Need another way to use something?
Email hello@tince.co with the page or feature that is difficult to use and the format or assistance that would help. We can help with booking questions and provide information in another way. Avoid including sensitive personal information in a report.
Known limitations
The welcome video includes English captions and a written transcript. Please tell us if you notice an error or need another format. Calendar services and email apps have their own accessibility behavior. We continue to review keyboard use, screen-reader behavior, contrast, and zoom across the site.
