Our services and information
Tince offers color-analysis and wardrobe guidance. Outfit examples and color-season information are suggestions to help you explore what you enjoy wearing. Results are personal, and photographs, screens, lighting, and fabrics can affect how colors look. Some website images are generated illustrations of outfit ideas, not photographs of products available to purchase.
Booking an appointment
Provide accurate contact details and check the date, time, location, and number of guests before booking. Book on behalf of another adult only with their permission. A booking confirmation reserves the displayed appointment; a hosting request is not a confirmed event until we agree on the details.
Payment
We confirm the service price and any payment or deposit requirements before you commit. This website does not collect payment-card details. Any separate event terms must be provided before booking and agreed to in writing.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Plans change. Email hello@tince.co with your name and appointment date if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- At least 24 hours before your appointment: cancel for a full refund of any appointment payment, or move your booking to an available date at no extra charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment: we offer one courtesy reschedule, subject to availability. Any payment transfers to that appointment. Contact us within 7 days to arrange it. If you choose not to reschedule, or miss the replacement appointment, the payment is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We do not charge an additional cancellation or no-show fee.
- If we cancel: choose a full refund for the affected service or a new available date.
- Running late: let us know. Your appointment may need to end at its scheduled time so the next guest can start on time.
We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If there is an emergency, please contact us so we can discuss the options. If something about your completed service was not right, contact us so we can work with you on a resolution.
These are our standard appointment terms for bookings made after this policy is published. Previously agreed terms still apply to earlier bookings. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law take priority, including any cancellation notice we are required to give for a particular type of sale.
Hosting a pop-up
Hosting is subject to availability and agreement on venue, timing, group size, pricing, and other details. The request form explains current room-lighting and timing requirements. Unless a separate written agreement is provided before you commit, the cancellation policy above applies to paid hosting services too, measured from the event start time. Submitting the form or a preferred date does not confirm that date.
Email and calendar tools
Calendar links let you save a personal copy of appointment details. Those copies do not automatically update if plans change. Email delivery can be delayed or filtered; contact us if you have not received expected details. Optional tips can be stopped using the preference link in those emails.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access other people’s records, bypass access controls, submit misleading requests, or interfere with the website. The guide is for your personal use; contact us before reusing Tince branding, images, or written materials commercially.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can happen. Please contact us about a problem so we can help. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
