Who we are
Tince.co, a division of Evolving Elements, LLC operates this website and provides the services described here. Contact us at hello@tince.co.
What we collect
Depending on the form you use, we collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, hosting request details, messages, assigned color season, and email preferences. We record submission times and email status so we can manage requests and follow up. If you book for another person, please share their details only with their permission.
How we use it
We use these details to provide the guide you request, manage appointments, respond to questions, review hosting requests, share your season results, and send follow-up tips when you ask for them. Phone numbers are contact details; this website does not send text messages.
Emails and your choices
Appointment confirmations, preparation details, reminders, and your requested season guide relate to your appointment. Optional follow-up color tips are separate. You can stop those tips using the link in a campaign email, our unsubscribe form, or by contacting us. We keep an opt-out record to avoid adding you back by mistake. A guide download or a booking does not automatically enroll you in a tips campaign.
Cookies and technical information
Essential session cookies keep forms, guide access, and admin sign-in working. The website uses hashed network-address records to limit repeated requests; the hosting provider may keep technical access and error logs, including network addresses. These logs help operate and protect the site. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public pages and completed requests or signups. Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics, and you can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect forms or services. We send the type of completed form, not your name, email, phone, message, season, or private booking link. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. Google may process device/browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not enable advertising personalization. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Your analytics preference is saved for up to six months; analytics cookies expire after up to two months. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control disable analytics.
Hosting, email, and calendar services
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to store submissions and deliver messages. Tince’s business inboxes receive relevant requests and notifications. If you choose a Google or Outlook calendar link, that service receives the appointment information in the link. An Apple Calendar download contains the appointment details. Those providers have their own privacy practices.
Storage and retention
We retain information while it is needed to provide services, manage communications, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention can differ by record type. Contact us to ask about a record, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify a request and may retain records where necessary for legal or operational reasons. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
Access and protection
Client records are intended for authorized administration and service providers supporting the site. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or email service can guarantee complete security. Please don’t put payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive medical information in our forms.
Children
These forms are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should contact us to arrange a service for a child rather than submitting a child’s personal details through the website.
Questions, requests, and updates
Contact hello@tince.co for privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests, or to stop optional emails. Rights and exceptions may depend on where you live. We’ll update this page when our website practices change.
